A $60 scanner reads today's trouble codes. VeriCAN cross-examines every computer in the car — mileage in every module, airbag history, swapped ECUs, wiped codes — and hands you the evidence in writing. And the scanners that claim mileage checks charge ~$100/year in subscriptions on top of the hardware. VeriCAN Unlimited is $39/year — every car you buy or own; one caught rollback saves the average buyer $3,300 (Carfax odometer study, Dec 2025).
How accurate is this? We report evidence from the vehicle's own modules — findings, not verdicts — and when the car is clean, we say clean. Read our honesty note in the FAQ.
We accept .csv, .blf (Binary Logging Format), .asc (ASCii), .log, and .txt files. Most OBD-II apps and professional scanners can export in one of these formats. If you're unsure, our upload page includes format-specific instructions.
We recommend a genuine ELM327 v1.5 adapter with the PIC18F25K80 chipset (approximately $15-18 on Amazon — see verified options here). Avoid cheap clones — they often can't read all CAN protocols. You can also upload logs exported from professional scanners like Autel, Launch, or Snap-on if you already own one.
