When you use VeriCAN we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, payment details (processed by our payment provider), and the vehicle CAN bus log files you upload for analysis. Log files may contain vehicle identifiers such as the VIN.
We use your information to generate your forensic reports, deliver them to you, provide customer support, and improve our analysis engine. We do not sell your personal information or your vehicle data to third parties.
Uploaded logs and generated reports are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service.
Reports and uploaded logs are retained so you can access them from your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us; we will remove it except where retention is required by law.
The site may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
